SUMMARY:

The Department of Ontario Studies is seeking a full-time, tenure track faculty member in Educational Leadership, pending budget approval. This successful candidate will possess a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Educational Leadership and Policy. Candidates will have a proven record of scholarship in educational leadership and policy, high quality teaching experience in higher education, experience in Ontario educational settings and must be willing to contribute effectively to the established programs as well as serving on department and college committees. Experience in on-line course development and teaching is expected.

The College of Education at Niagara University, a private Catholic institution sponsored by the Vincentian Community, invites applications for a full-time tenure track position in Educational Leadership and Policy for both our Ontario programs and the New York state doctoral program to begin fall semester 2014, pending budget approval. Niagara University operates both a Bachelor of Professional Studies program (teacher certification), and a MSED: Educational Leadership program in Ontario as well as a doctoral program in Leadership and Policy on campus in Lewiston New York. The Ontario programs are approved through the Ministry of Training Colleges and Universities in Ontario and the BPS program also receives Ontario College of Teacher accreditation.
