The Office Coordinator will coordinate
various office tasks and functions to ensure office operations run smoothly at
all times. The Office Coordinator will be organized, personable,
detail-oriented, and is able to manage multiple projects at once in a
fast-paced environment. Tasks include, but not limited to, answering phones,
responding to emails, light office accounting, maintaining office supplies,
filing, work orders, assist with on/off campus events as necessary, and other
general office duties.

in various University community projects on and office campus; Maintain
confidentiality of information (including
but not limited to: student and employee personal information, student grades,
etc.), both during and after their employment with the University.

Assistant Director of Conferences and Events.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
