SUMMARY:
The Club Sport Program at Niagara University is a recreational program for university students designed to offer an alternative to intramural sports and intercollegiate athletics.  Niagara University has part time club sport coaching positions available in Men's Volleyball. Coaches will provide leadership in aspects of the club sport they coach.  The coach contributes to the educational mission of the University by offering direction and instruction in the area of their respective sport. 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  1. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays;
  2. Strong organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills;
  3. Ability to receive telephone calls, respond to inquiries and communicate with others by telephone;
  4. Knowledge of and conformity to league and university rules and regulations;
  5. Working knowledge of recruiting techniques and the ability to effective use them.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
  • At least one year of experience in coaching at the high school, college or higher competitive level and/or playing experience,
  • Valid driver's license that meet insurance company rules and regulations.
