senior administrator to lead the growth and evolution of the College of Nursing.The Dean of the College of Nursing will provide
innovative and visionary leadership, will create a dynamic work and learning

accelerated baccalaureate programs, and a BS completion program for registered

research agenda appropriate for appointment as Dean. We are looking for a leader who can serve the
needs of a growing, successful program that has taken on a prominent position
at the university following the return of the undergraduate nursing program in
2012. In addition, the Dean must have

excellent interpersonal skills; a commitment of caring support of students; accreditation
experience; and a willingness to provide leadership and oversight in developing
and implementing graduate studies in Nursing (Nurse Practitioner, DNP, and
Nurse Educators as a possible track in our Leadership and Policy PhD program).
